Session: Session I (Fall 2011)     Session II (Spring 2012)

The S.T.A.R. Program is an equal opportunity program and any child five years to twelve years may be considered for enrollment. The S.T.A.R. Program runs during the school year and is enrolled in two sessions. Session I is the school year up to winter break. Session II is the remainder of the school year. Students may choose different classes at the start of each session.

There will be costs incurred during the attendance of this program such as required shoes for dancing, uniforms, art supplies, costumes for performances and performance fees. Students are expected to attend their regularly scheduled classes in which are they are enrolled for the complete duration of the session, to be regularly present in those classes for the complete class time and to attend scheduled rehearsals and performances. Although this program is required by law to be licensed as a child-care center, this is in actuality a special program for the performing and visual arts offered by a the Bara-Hambright School of the Arts and all students and family members are expected to respect the school as such. This program and the level of expertise and dedication of our faculty is extraordinary and parents are expected to be committed to the success of the student by supporting the school, the policies and the faculty. Parents of students enrolled in the S.T.A.R. After School Program are responsible for keeping up with the program's current events, newsletters, and requirements. To be clear, although we offer this program at an affordable rate in the hopes that all children that want to experience the arts will indeed be able to do so, this is not cheap childcare and it requires commitment, communication and participation from parents.

I understand the above statements, and I hereby request registration in the S.T.A.R. After School Program and attest that all information given is true and correct.
